Ann Pulliam and Betheden Kennels cheated more people. That was the decision from another jury in Randall County,Texas in February 2011. Two families proved that Pulliam sold them untrained dogs; dogs unsuited for public service as Diabetic Alert Dogs. The jury awarded maximum damages allowed by the court, amounts larger than what was sued for, and requested the judge allow them to award ABOVE the court's limit.
Pulliam and Betheden continue to ignore the Court's judgment and have paid none of the nearly $36,000 they owe these families. In May of 2011 the Pulliam home in Canyon, Texas was put up for Sherriff sale to satisfy some or all of the judgment. No money was raised. They continue to sell dogs in Oklahoma. Further cases are being prepared against them.

Betheden Kennel's contempt for the law continues. January 23, 2011 marks 173 days from the judgement against Pullium and Betheden with no payment made to the victims. They continue to sell dogs even though they have told law enforcement officials in Randall county that they have completely shut down their business and do not have the means to settle the judgement.
Additional complaints against Betheden Kennels are scheduled to be heard in Court in Randall County, Texas on February 9, 2011.
